Pattern imprinted concrete, block paving, porcelain, Indian stone and complete garden redesigns, finished to a standard you will want to show off.
Real jobs, photographed by us when we finished them. Driveways, patios, gardens and ponds across Yorkshire.
We are happy to take on any size of job, but big driveways, full patios and whole garden redesigns are what we love and what we are known for.
Driveways and landscaping are our focus, but we are qualified across the trades: plastering, tiling, joinery, roof repairs, groundworks, garden room and shed bases, small extensions and general property maintenance for homeowners, landlords and letting agents.
Pinkerton Property Limited is a landscaping and driveway company working across the whole of Yorkshire from bases in Pontefract, Methley near Leeds and just outside York. Aaron and Jake lead the team on site, with more than 20 years of experience behind them and Level 3 NVQ qualifications across plastering, tiling and joinery.
We prefer the big transformations: complete driveways, full patios and whole gardens rebuilt from scratch. We do building work as well, but outdoor projects are what we are known for, and every one of them is built on proper groundwork so it lasts.
Homeowners, landlords and letting agents use us because we turn up when we say we will, keep you updated, leave the site clean every evening and only call a job finished when you are happy with it. Read what customers say on our reviews page.
Call, WhatsApp or use the form. Photos and a rough size help.
We come out, measure up, talk through materials and give you a clear written quote.
Proper groundwork first, then the finish. We keep you updated and leave the site tidy every day.
We walk you round the finished job and only call it done when you are happy.
We have had a huge amount of work done by Arran and Jake. The driveway has been extended, the front garden fully dug out replaced by a new fence and an astroturf feature the back garden altered for the driveway extension then adding a new porcelain tiled patio area. …
Recently had some landscaping done by Pinkerton Property, Jake and and the team were fantastic! From the initial quote to the work being completed, we are over the moon. Jake had some great ideas and suggestions and really worked with us to turn our garden into what we wanted. …
My driveway was a complete and utter mess before the lads at Pinkerton Property saved it. Efficient workers, polite, respectful and above all trustworthy. Couldn't praise them enough, top work guys. Thanks a lot, looks great!
