A good patio changes how you use your garden. It is where you eat outside, where the kids play and where you sit on the first warm evening of the year. We build patios that look sharp on day one and still look sharp after ten Yorkshire winters.
Exterior porcelain is the most popular choice we lay: it does not stain, it does not fade and it hardly needs cleaning. Indian sandstone gives you warmth and natural variation at a lower cost. We also work with timber sleepers for raised beds and edging, gravel for paths and borders, and contrasting borders or patterned inset tiles when you want a centrepiece.
Where a new patio needs better access from the house, we can fit bifold or French doors as part of the job, so the whole thing is done by one team rather than three.

Patios & Paving FAQs
Porcelain or Indian stone?
Porcelain is harder wearing, does not stain and needs almost no cleaning, so it costs more. Indian stone is natural, warm and cheaper, and it will need sealing and the odd clean. We bring samples so you can see both in your own garden.
Do you take away the old patio?
Yes. We break out and remove the old paving, dig out for a new sub-base and take all the waste away with us.
Can you fit doors out onto the patio?
Yes. Bifold and French door installation is part of what we offer, so the patio and the access to it can be done together.
